<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents identification and mapping of an epitope in the protein ErbB-2 which binds to the monoclonal antibody 4B8 intended for use in immunochemistry to estimate the level of ErbB-2 production. Epitope was identified by biopanning of phage display library based on filamentous phage. Location of the epitope was revealed in ClustalW program, analysis of specificity was carried out by ELISA. The epitope is also similar to the sequence on tyrosine kinase domain. It suggests a possible interaction of this site with 4B8.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ErbB-2</kwd><kwd>фаговый дисплей</kwd><kwd>картирование эпитопа</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ErbB-2</kwd><kwd>phage display</kwd><kwd>epitope mapping</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Akhdar A., Bronsard M., Lemieux R., Geha S.
