Представлен первый опыт использования на Урале комбинации радиохирургии и оперативного вмешательства при обширном метастатическом поражении. Данная методика позволяет проводить терапию, не боясь развития послеоперационной печеночной недостаточности, что дает возможность провести лечение в объеме R0 нерезектабельной группе больных.

The paper presents the first experience of using a combination of radiosurgery and resection of the liver in patients with extensive metastatic disease treated at theChelyabinskRegionalOncologyCenter. This technique results no in postoperative liver failure, thus allowing R0 resection to be performed for unresectable patients.
