Чувствительность данных методов в выявлении неоплазм достигала 96,0 % и 100 % соответственно. Описаны позитивный, негативный и смешанный типы визуализации сарком по данным сцинтиграфии как с 199Tl-хлоридом, так и c 99mTc-МИБИ. Применительно к сцинтиграфии с 199Tl-хлоридом имеются предпосылки для успешного дифференцирования сарком костей и мягких тканей с доброкачественными опухолями и неопухолевыми заболеваниями, в первую очередь воспалительными.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Capabilities of 199Tl-chloride and 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy in the non-nonspecific indications of bone and soft tissue sarcomas in overall 31 patients (34 lesions) were studied. Sensitivity of these methods in the detections of neoplasms reached 96.0 % and 100.0 %, respectively. It described positive, negative and mixed types of sarcomas visualizations on the both 199Tl-chloride and 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy.
