<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Until recently, the presence of chronic infections, including HIV infection, was one of the key contraindications for prescribing immunotherapy. However, the recent scientific publications demonstrate the efficacy and good tolerability of ICIs in cancer patients with concurrent HIV. Future prospective clinical trials will help to predetermine the potential of immunotherapy in clinical practice in this patients.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>злокачественные новообразования</kwd><kwd>ВИЧ</kwd><kwd>Т-клеточное истощение</kwd><kwd>иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы контрольных точек иммунного ответа</kwd><kwd>иммуноопосредованные нежелательные явления</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cancer</kwd><kwd>HIV</kwd><kwd>T-cell exhaustion</kwd><kwd>immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>immune checkpoint inhibitors</kwd><kwd>immune-related adverse events</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при поддержке гранта РНФ (№21-75-30015)</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study was supported by the Russian Science Foundation (grant №21-75-30015)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Puronen C.E., Ford E.S., Uldrick T.S.
