Для больных локализованным раком простаты, имеющих факторы промежуточного и неблагоприятного прогноза, а также для пациентов с местнораспространенным заболеванием мы рекомендуем проведение гормонотерапии антагонистами гонадотропин-рилизинг гормона (ГнРГ) Фирмагоном (Дегареликс) не только во время сочетанной лучевой терапии, но и в качестве неоадъювантного и адъювантного лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Application Degarelix ADT patients who underwent combined radiotherapy, already on the first results showed the high efficiency and low toxicity.
