Материал и методы. Проведен поиск зарубежных и отечественных литературных источников, опубликованных в базах данных MedLine, Pubmed, Scopus, The Cochrane Library, РИНЦ в период с 2004 по 2025 г. Проанализированы 53 доступные научные публикации, в том числе 5 российских и 48 зарубежных, из них: 41 статья, 10 метаанализов, 2 ретроспективных исследования.</p><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ научных работ показал, что инфекция H. pylori может существенно ухудшать результаты лечения больных с уже диагностированным раком желудка. Литературные данные демонстрируют положительное влияние эрадикации H. pylori на выживаемость как при раннем, так и при распространенном раке желудка. Помимо того, что инфекция H. pylori является основным фактором риска развития рака желудка, она также связана с повышенным риском развития колоректального рака, аденокарциномы пищевода, рака поджелудочной железы, рака желчевыводящих путей. H. pylori влияет на эффективность иммунотерапии при лечении злокачественных новообразований.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Инфекция H. pylori и эрадикационная терапия могут оказывать влияние на развитие и течение опухолей желудочно-кишечного тракта. Несмотря на пристальное внимание к данной проблеме, ключевые вопросы остаются не до конца изученными.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Study Objective</title><p>Study Objective: to provide an overview of current scientific data on the impact of H. pylori infection and eradication therapy on the development, clinical course and treatment outcomes of gastrointestinal cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. A search of Russian and English-language literature sources published in various databases (MedLine, Pubmed, Scopus, The Cochrane Library, and Russian Science Citation Index) between 2004 and 2025 was conducted. Fifty-three available scientific publications were analyzed, including 5 Russian and 48 foreign publications, including 41 articles, 10 meta-analyses, and 2 retrospective studies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. An analysis of scientific papers showed that H. pylori infection significantly worsened treatment outcomes and survival in patients with already diagnosed gastric cancer. Literature data demonstrate a positive impact of H. pylori eradication on survival in both early and advanced gastric cancer. In addition to being a major risk factor for stomach cancer, H. pylori infection is also associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, and biliary tract cancer. Furthermore, H. pylori infection impacts the effectiveness of immunotherapy in cancer treatment</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. H. pylori infection and eradication therapy can influence the development and clinical course of gastrointestinal tumors.
