Обследовано 112 пациенток, страдающих пролиферативными заболеваниями и раком молочной железы в Забайкалье. В группу контроля вошли 144 женщины, не имеющие онкологических заболеваний. В сыворотке крови методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии оценивали уровень гомоцистеина, цистеина и глутатиона. Генотипирование для выявления полиморфизма MTHFR(С677T), MTHFR(А1298C), MTR(A2756G), MTRR(A66G) проводилось методом полимеразной цепной реакции с детекцией продукта амплификации в режиме реального времени.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе молекулярногенетического тестирования у больных с пролиферативными заболеваниями и раком молочной железы ассоциации болезни с носительством генетического полиморфизма MTHFR(С677T), MTHFR(А1298C), MTR(A2756G), MTRR(A66G) не выявлено, однако в отличие от контрольной группы в сыворотке крови определено увеличение концентрации гомоцистеина и глутатиона.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to study the relationship between homocysteine, cysteine and glutathione in blood serum and various single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of genes involved in folate metabolism in patients with proliferative breast disease and breast cancer. </p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 112 patients with proliferative breast lesions and breast cancer in Transbaikalia. The control group consisted of 144 women having no breast cancer. Blood levels of homocysteine, cysteine and glutathione were evaluated by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). Genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction with the detection of amplification product in real-time. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
