В мире ежегодно ИМП регистрируются у 150 млн человек, а затраты на лечение этих инфекций только в США составляют примерно 3,5 млрд долларов в год. ИМП у онкологических больных развиваются чаще и протекают тяжелее, чем у пациентов общего профиля. Особенно если этиологическим агентом инфекции являются нозокомиальные патогены. Материал и методы. Проанализирована этиология инфекций мочевыводящих путей у онкологических пациентов в период их пребывания в стационаре. Результаты. Представленные данные касаются наиболее проблемных с точки зрения антибиотикотерапии, резистентных микроорганизмов группы ESKAPE (энтерококки, золотистый стафилококк, кишечные палочки, клебсиеллы синегнойные палочки, ацинетобактеры). Даны сравнительные данные по чувствительности к различным антибиотикам и рекомендации по лечению, направленные на уменьшение селективного давления определенных групп антибиотиков, в частности карбапенемов.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Urinary tract infections are among the most frequently seen bacterial infections. Worldwide, about 150 million people are diagnosed with urinary tract infections each year, costing the global economy in excess of 3.5 billion US dollars. Urinary tract infections occur more frequently and exhibit more severe symptoms in cancer patients than in patients with other diseases. Material and methods. The paper analyzes the etiology of urinary tract infections in cancer patients during their stay in the hospital. Results. The presented data concern antibiotic-resistant ESKAPE pathogens (Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter species). Comparative data on the sensitivity to different antibiotics were shown.
