У больных с саркомой кости несвободную костную пластику по Илизарову выполняли после комбинированного лечения, включающего радикальную резекцию опухоли в сочетании с неоадъювантной химиотерапией. У больных с доброкачественными опухолями берцовых костей реабилитационные мероприятия по анатомо-функциональному вос-становлению оперированной конечности выполняли в один этап. Применение технологий чрескостного остеосинтеза по Илизарову позволило заместить  пострезекционные дефекты кости и осуществить оптимальную реконструкцию костного остова голени не только у взрослых пациентов, но и у детей с незавершенным формированием скелета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of orthopedic rehabilitation of 49 patients with primary tumors of leg bones using ostheosynthesis technique was presented. Patients with bone sarcoma underwent non-free osteoplasty by G.A. Ilizarov after combined treatment including radical tumor resection and neoadjuvant chemotherapy. In the group of patients with benign tumors the rehabilitation measures for anatomic-and-functional recovery of the limb operated were made in a single-stage fashion.
