Различия в уровне злокачественного потенциала типов ВПЧ, изменения напряженностипротивовирусного иммунитета организма определяют стабильность излечения или время наступления рецидива. Рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся ВПЧ-негативного РШМ и роли вирусной нагрузки в течении и прогнозе опухолевого процесса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review describes the role of HPV-infection in the development of cervical cancer and the prevalence of HPV types by stage and histological types of cervical cancer. Differences in oncogenic potential of HPV types and changes in antiviral immunity response definestable disease or disease progression.
