Поиск источников производился в системах PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, E-library.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В обзоре показано клиническое значение фармакокинетических взаимодействий опиоидов с другими лекарственными средствами в рамках анальгетической терапии хронического болевого синдрома в онкологии. Освещаются вопросы индивидуального выбора анальгетиков разных групп в условиях коморбидности и сопутствующей лекарственной терапии с целью обеспечения эффективности/безопасности стратегии лечения, влияющей на качество жизни пациентов со злокачественными новообразованиями.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Комплексная оценка факторов у пациентов, получающих опиоидные анальгетики, является предиктором эффективной и безопасной анальгетической терапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the review was to analyze published studies on the impact of opioid drug-drug interactions on the choice of analgesic therapy regimens.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A systematic literature search was conducted using PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and E-library databases.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The review showed a clinical significance of pharmacokinetic interactions of opioids with other drugs in cancer pain treatment. The problems of individual choice of analgesics from different groups under conditions of co-morbidity and concomitant medication were discussed to ensure the effectiveness/safety of the treatment strategy affecting the quality of life of cancer patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
