Наследственный рак молочной железы
Аннотация
генах различной степени пенетрантности РМЖ. В большинстве случаев наследственный РМЖ представлен трижды негативным фенотипом, который является наиболее агрессивным вариантом, характеризующимся отсутствием рецепторов эстрогенов, про-
гестерона, а также сверхэкспрессией HER-2neu. В обзоре представлены методы диагностики, клинические особенности и лечение наследственного РМЖ. Клинико-морфологические аспекты позволяют идентифицировать новые методы диагностики и лечения наследственного РМЖ. Поли (АДФ-рибоза) полимеразы (PARP) ингибиторы демонстрируют потенциал для эффективного лечения BRCA-ассоциированного рака молочной железы.
